A North Carolina family was expecting a litter of German Shepherd puppies, but they had no idea they were in for quite a surprise.
The litter of 8 puppies had one which was bright green, lime green to be more exact.
Green is not one of the colors for German shepherds. However, the fourth puppy to come out was indeed, lime green, which was very surprising to the family.
Shana Staney told WLOS that her white German Shepherd was having a normal birth and everything was going fine – until the fourth puppy was born.
And then I realized the puppy was moving, and he was lime green,”
The puppy was given the name “Hulk”, unsurprisingly, for its very distinct color.
The puppy is in good health, and its color is slowly changing from green to yellow.
