People Are Taking Dog Vaccines As Coronavirus Vaccines, and It’s Really Stupid

People working in the pet industry have noticed a very strange thing; a surge in demand for certain vaccines for dogs that protect against a certain strain of coronavirus that affects dogs.

CCoV, a strain of the coronavirus affects dogs and give them mild diarrhea, but it seems that people are taking them themselves with the reasoning that it will protect them from the novel Coronavirus, COVID-19.

This strain of the virus is not even that dangerous on dogs as it usually goes away after a couple of days on its own, and only really vulnerable dogs can be in danger of that virus.

COVID-19 has taken the world by storm, and with millions under quarantine and/or lockdown, the need for a vaccine has never been more apparent.

However, this need is causing people to do very strange – and frankly stupid – things, like taking Malaria drugs thinking it can protect them from the virus, or taking vaccines that are meant for dogs.
