A tragic accident happened where a woman named Kelly Black died after being hit by a car.

At the time, she has been walking her dog, Paco, when a truck driver cluelessly struck her by the car.

When the police arrived, Paco was right by Kelly’s side refusing to leave her body.

Paco even refused to leave the scene although her body was taken away; he just sat at the scene for several hours.
