When Hope for Paws got a phone call about a scared homeless dog, they rushed to the location thinking it would go just like any other rescue, but they didn’t know what was really wrong with the dog.
A good samaritan kept feeding the dog daily while looking for help, and so when he found Hope for Paws, he immediately called them.
When they arrived there, they were shown where the dog usually hides away, but the dog was nowhere to be found.
They searched on with no luck.
Suddenly, just when it seemed they may have lost the pup, they spotted the shape of a dog sleeping by the wall, a really good spot!
Just as they spotted the dog, the dog spotted them too, and they knew they had to move quickly.
Since fencing the area was not an option, they had to move fast to not lose the dog forever.
And the dog quickly started running.
They were able to catch him, and the look of the dog just breaks anyone’s heart.
The dog was very scared and very aggressive with them. He didn’t want anybody touching him or getting even close to him.
