Meet Tashi; he is a fourteen years old Labrador Retriever. He lives with his mother, Karen Dimetrosky. Because he is fourteen years old, he struggles with anything associated with movement.
One thing that he struggles with the most is climbing up and down the stairs, yet he does that anyway every time the mailman comes around. Tashi has to greet him every day!
Because Tashi is not capable of climbing up and down the stairs himself, Karen helps him by carrying Tashi up and down the stairs every single day. Tashi is a big dog and the act of carrying him every day started affecting Karen’s back.
